THE OFFICE OF THE ALASKA REGIONAL COUNSEL The Office of the Alaska Regional Counsel (GCAK) is co-located with the Alaska Region of the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in Juneau, Alaska. GCAK provides legal advice and assistance on issues related to the administration of NOAA programs in Alaska. GCAK has six attorneys, one paralegal, and one program support specialist.
